Phase 1: Project Concept Development
Project Concept Development is where a project moves from idea to defined opportunity. The concept is shaped, its core assumptions are validated, and the opportunity is structured to the point where it can attract investor commitment and a development agreement.
Phase 2: Project Development
Project Development is where a committed concept becomes a build-ready project. Specialists are appointed to deliver feasibility studies, financing arrangements, engineering, regulatory approvals, and commercial agreements with technology suppliers and the EPC contractor sequenced and integrated toward the Final Investment Decision.
Phase 3: Project Execution
Project Delivery is where the project is built. The appointed EPC contractor engineers, procures, constructs, commissions, and hands over the asset to operations through to formal acceptance and the start of commercial operation.

Tire Production Facilities
We led the project development for a planned USD 1 billion tire production facility in Al Jubail Industrial City, securing the project land and supporting feasibility and development activities in partnership with Black Donuts Engineering. The planned facility is designed to produce 16 million passenger car tires and 6 million truck and bus tires annually.
